This depends upon the position and the applicant. The average time is 20-30 minutes.

When is the Human Resource Office open?
The Human Resource Offices at each facility are normally open M-F from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. They stop accepting applications at 4:00 PM and are closed for several hours or a day while processing payrolls the beginning of every other week.

Can I take the application home to complete or can it be mailed to me?
No, the application has to be completed in the HR Office.
