We do drug testing and criminal background checks
on all new hires as well as random drug testing through the year
and annual criminal checks on all employees. Part of our new hire
screening also includes running a check on all new hires through
the Texas Misconduct Registry and the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
This will also be done annually on all employees.
We offer 6 paid holidays for all full-time employees after they
have completed 90 days of employment. Full-time hourly employees
can earn an additional 8 hours off each quarter for perfect attendance.
Full-time employees also earn 1-2 additional Personal Days off on
their annual anniversary date depending upon their length of service.
Full-time employees earn 1 day of vacation after completing their
first 6-months of employment.
