Christian Care Home Health offers customized solutions of personal caregiver services and products to meet each patient’s needs, and also addresses your concerns as a caregiver.
Christian Care Home Health provides personal care assistance in the comforts of whatever place you call home. Services are available by the hour with a one hour minimum on any Christian Care Centers’ Community and a two hour minimum within the community.
Available Services Include
- In-home clinical assessment by registered nurse at the start of service
- Certified home health aide for hourly care
- Registered or licensed practical nurses for private care
- Ongoing assessments by nurse with written status reports and supervision of certified home health aides
- Access to a nurse 24-hours a day, 7-days a week
Home Health Aides Activities Include
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Walking
- Simple physical exercise
- Toileting
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
