Hilltop Haven, caring with dignity since 1947, a part of the Christian Care Centers, Inc. family, is the choice for those who prefer a country setting. Overlooks a beautiful lake, just north of the Metroplex, Hilltop Haven provides nursing care and a full complement of support services in a Christian atmosphere. The majority of the rooms are private. Special Alzheimer’s units are available. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.

Our Medicare and Medicaid certified Health Care Center has both private and semi-private rooms that residents can decorate with personal belongings to help them feel at home. What really makes our residents feel comfortable and at ease is the stability and compassion of our staff. So many of our staff have been with Hilltop Haven for a long time – some for over 25 years. They develop very special relationships with our residents. We offer varying levels of care starting with light intermediate for the semi-independent and continuing with full care for the totally dependent .

SPECIALIZED CARE FOR ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE AND RELATED DEMENTIAS

Part of Hilltop Haven’s Health Care Center is devoted to two self-contained, 30-bed Special Care Units for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. In fact, Hilltop Haven was one of the very first in North Texas to provide this specialized care.

Here, a very dedicated and specially trained staff who understand and provide for the unique needs of Dementia residents with individualized care, exercise, and activities assists residents. In addition, Hilltop Haven offers comfort and support for you and your family.
